Need a summer job? Coonsider working for the Titonka Swimming Pool! We are now taking applicatinos for manager and lifeguards. To fill out an application, please click here. Completed applications can be dropped off at City Hall during business hours or placed in the drop box. The job requires that you have a current lifeguard certification.Â

Titonka is a Sioux Indian word meaning “Big Black”, the name given by the Indians to the buffalo. You may recognize the word “Titonka” from the movie “Dances with Wolves”. Titonka is the home of Indian Days.
The community of Titonka has much to offer for visitors and residents. There are numerous community organizations that provide a wide variety of activities for fun, sharing common interests and volunteer opportunities for all ages. Signature events such as Christmas in Titonka and Indian Days are annual activities that are packed with fun.
