City of Titonka Water Customers
Due to the extremely cold weather, you should consider letting your water run in a slow steady stream to avoid frozen service lines. The service line carries the water to your house, coming from the water main to each individual residence. The maintenance of the water service line from the curb valve to the bulding served is the property owners responsibility.
