Spring Clean Up Day

Just as we have done the last couple of years, we will be set up to receive your items on Saturday, May 8th between the hours of 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. You will need to bring your items to the area behind the Buffalo Creek Activity Center, during the set hours. This is for anyone residing within Titonka City Limits.
*Garbage that can be disposed of on a regular garbage day will not be accepted. This is for large items that will not fit into a garbage bag.
*The following items are NOT ALLOWED: Paint, yard waste, tree limbs, car batteries, construction waste, and tires. There may be additional items that are not accepted.
*The fees for appliances and electronics are as follows, and this fee is due when you drop your items off –
– VCR’s, DVD players, fax machines – $5.00
– Computer towers, monitors, small TV’s – $15.00
– TV’s, 19″ or larger – $20.00
– Appliances, large console TV’s – $30.00
– Microwaves – $15.00

*No after-hours dumping of times. Call City Hall at 515-928-2850 with questions. Accounts past due? It must be brought current or a payment agreement must be in place before bringing us your items.
